This is a term position beginning in May 2027 and running for approximately four months.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for or assist with the following duties but not be limited to:
- Review invoices for accuracy and route through the proper approval channels
- Upload invoices into OpenInvoice
- Ad hoc tasks as needed
Experience Requirements
The successful candidate needs to have experience in the following areas in order to be qualified for this role:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (including Excel) is considered an asset
- Previous experience in OpenInvoice and OpenTicket is considered an asset
- Must be currently enrolled in an accounting or finance diploma or undergraduate program
- Preference will be given to students who will have recently completed their first year of post-secondary studies by May 2027
