We are looking for a

Junior Equipment Qualification Consultant

to support the qualification of new packaging lines being installed at a manufacturing site in Scarborough, Ontario.

The role will focus on

qualification documentation and execution , working closely with vendor representatives and internal engineering and equipment teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a validation background who is comfortable working in a fast-paced GMP environment and can quickly adapt to established processes and templates.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

IQ and OQ protocols

using established templates and procedures.

Execute qualification protocols on site alongside vendor representatives during installation and commissioning.

Document test results accurately and ensure all qualification activities are properly recorded.

Identify, document, and follow up on discrepancies encountered during protocol execution.

Prepare and finalise

qualification reports .

Liaise with engineering and equipment teams to ensure qualification documentation remains aligned with equipment and line readiness.

Support the team in meeting an accelerated qualification schedule while maintaining GMP and documentation standards.

Profile Must-Have Qualifications

Previous experience in

validation and/or equipment qualification

within a GMP-regulated environment.

Hands-on experience with

IQ and OQ protocols .

Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately record qualification results.

Comfortable working with

established templates and procedures .

Ability to quickly understand technical requirements and work effectively with limited ramp-up time.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Availability to work

full-time on site in Scarborough, Ontario .

Availability to start on short notice.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Previous experience qualifying

packaging equipment or packaging lines .

Experience working directly with equipment vendors during installation and commissioning.

Experience managing discrepancies and supporting their resolution during qualification activities.

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device,



or another GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

three-month engagement through December .

Immediate exposure to hands‑on equipment qualification and GMP documentation.

Expected Compensation Range: 70Hr. The final compensation offered will be

determined based on the candidate’s level of experience, skills, and qualifications , in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements.

Canadian Experience Requirement: No Canadian work experience is required for this position. Candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of previous Canadian experience.
