Become a Security Concierge with FirstService Residential to assist residents in the Greater Toronto Area. This role focuses on excellent communication, organization, and service delivery across various locations.
As a Security Concierge, you'll provide support for residents while managing inquiries and maintaining safety protocols. The position requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You’ll enjoy contributing to a qualified environment with a reputable property management firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and clarify residents' needs and provide assistance
• Screen messages and manage vendor access
• Maintain confidentiality and guest privacy




• Conduct routine property patrols and respond to emergencies
• Follow documentation procedures and on-site protocols
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completion of College courses in Business or Security is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Exceptional communication skills in person and via phone
