Farm Equipment Sales Representative Location: Stirling‑Rawdon, Ontario Dealership: McKeown Motor Sales About the Role McKeown Motor Sales is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Farm Equipment Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern farming, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently sell tractors, implements, and precision‑ag technology from leading brands like Massey Ferguson, Fendt, and Amazone . Sell new and used farm equipment including tractors, loaders, hay tools, tillage, and precision‑ag systems.
Build strong relationships with local farmers and agricultural businesses. Conduct on‑farm visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions. Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend farm shows, demos, and dealership events to promote equipment. Follow up with leads, manage CRM notes, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Experience in farm equipment sales, ag retail, or agricultural operations is an asset. Solid understanding of tractors, implements, and modern farm technology. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Ability to operate farm machinery for demos and customer visits. ability to travel locally. Competitive base salary plus commission. Training on Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Amazone, and precision‑ag systems.
