In this permanent, full-time role, you'll work under the guidance of a Program Manager and Mental Health Therapist. Your focus will be on case management and supporting the treatment and transition plans for adolescents at CASA House, a live-in program for teens. This position demands strong communication and organizational skills to facilitate family consultations, psychoeducational groups, and collaborations with school personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct consultations with families to identify their needs
• Provide coaching and guidance to parents for adolescent support
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups for families
• Coordinate connections with community resources
• Maintain liaison with school personnel for student progress
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum two years of experience in children’s mental health
• Knowledge of community resource navigation
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
