Key Responsibilities:
• Record daily investment transactions and verify completeness
• Prepare weekly cash reports and bank reconciliations
• Conduct monthly subledger and general ledger reconciliations




• Assist in financial statement preparation and compliance
• Respond to inquiries from various departments and auditors
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics program
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Previous real estate experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
