Your responsibilities include developing processes, managing local tax compliance, and overseeing consolidated financial reporting. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic insight as you implement GAAP-compliant accounting practices and internal controls. Key Responsibilities:

- Build end-to-end financial processes and internal controls
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across subsidiaries




- Implement technical accounting standards for revenue recognition
- Coordinate board and investor reporting processes
- Manage relationships with local accounting firms for compliance

Requirements:

- CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent accounting credentials
- 3+ years of experience as a Finance Controller
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Background in multi-entity financial consolidation
- Strong communication skills in reporting and external relations
