As a Financial Performance Advisor, you will play a key role in transforming and evolving the organization’s financial practices by supporting financial planning, cost allocation, and performance analysis processes. Participating in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities Conducting complex financial analyses and providing recommendations to support management decisions Developing and enhancing tools, dashboards, and performance indicators Contributing to the continuous improvement of FP&A; processes, systems, and practices Supporting the transformation of the finance function by participating in strategic initiatives and advancing data, automation, and business intelligence practices within FP&A; Collaborating closely with business units to ensure financial information is reliable, relevant, and action-oriented What Will Help You Succeed in This Role Holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Possesses a CPA designation, considered a strong asset Has relevant experience in financial planning, financial analysis, management control, or management accounting Has experience in financial modeling, data analysis, budgeting processes, and financial forecasting Demonstrates advanced proficiency in Excel and knowledge of corporate financial systems such as Oracle, Smart View, or equivalent tools Has an interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies applied to finance Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves occasional interactions with English-speaking internal partners Competitive benefits,
