Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group seeks an IPT Lead for Flight Control Systems in Canada. You will own the FCS program scope, schedule, cost, and quality, coordinating across Aerodynamics, Structures, Avionics, Software, and V&V; teams to meet milestones and deliver a certified system.

The role requires leading control law development, stability analysis, and MBSE modeling while ensuring ARP and DO-178/DO-254 compliance. Significant interaction with customers and authorities is expected.
