You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, driving process improvements and supporting our continued growth and scalability.

Manage Accounts





Receivable - Issue invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements Track and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collections Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and Mesh Daily bank and credit card reconciliation Ongoing reconciliation of employee accounts, covering expense reimbursements and leave adjustments (parental leave, unpaid leave, etc.) Support full monthly end close processes (accrued expenses, Prepaid, fixed assets) Perform intercompany reconciliations Assist with annual audit processes and external reporting Prepare ad-hoc working papers and financial analysis 5+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience in a Hi-Tech or multinational company - required ~ Experience with foreign entities and multi-entity bookkeeping/accounting - required ~ Strong Excel skills ~ Buildots is building the AI layer construction will run on, and we're moving at a pace that's redefining what growth looks like this industry.
