McDougall Energy is looking for a detail-orientated individual to fill a full-time position as Inventory Control Clerk based out of our Timmins Branch. This role reports to the Operations Manager and is an integral member of the Operations team responsible for managing the fuel reconciliation.

Reconciling invoices from suppliers for completeness, correctness,



and validity and completing the reconciliation in a timely fashion Billing customers to facilitate payment within terms Assisting with answering incoming calls and attending to customer inquiries about fuel delivery, service, account information or other related items Well-developed customer service and communication skills Strong computer and numeric skills We offer growth opportunities and development through on-the-job training, professional courses, and peer learning in a friendly and inclusive work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally.
