Paradise Dock & Lift Inc. is a growing Canadian manufacturer of premium aluminum docks and hydraulic boat lifts. Based in Vernon, British Columbia, we design, manufacture, sell, install, and service our products throughout Canada and the United States. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of the company’s accounting and financial function. Position Overview This is a hands-on Controller role within a growing, owner-managed business. The successful candidate will be responsible for both day-to-day accounting and higher-level financial management. The Controller will personally handle core accounting functions including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end closing, government remittances, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and inventory accounting. We are looking for a CPA who is comfortable working independently, taking ownership of the financial function, and moving between routine accounting tasks and financial analysis.
