Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, you will oversee daily operations across the hotel’s various food and beverage outlets, including the restaurant, banquets, in-room dining, lounge bar, and Café counter.

Lead and support service teams on the floor for the restaurant, banquets, in-room dining, lounge bar, and Café counter

- Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to performance indicators for the department
- Ensure operational and administrative needs are effectively addressed
- Assist in preparing employee schedules in compliance with the collective agreement
- Support the Food and Beverage Director in various operational and administrative tasks
- Ensure procedures and service standards of the establishment are followed on a daily basis
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, professionally, and courteously
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all products offered, including dishes, wines, beers, and spirits
- Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and that RIMAP Hospitality and Holiday Inn standards are upheld. Enforce hygiene and safety policies related to food and beverage handling, in accordance with MAPAQ requirements
- Participate in various hotel committees
- Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and operations
- Perform any other related tasks as assigned by management. This is a variable-schedule position that may require working days, evenings, weekends,



and holidays. A minimum of three years of experience in the food and beverage industry, including supervisory and management experience;

Experience as a manager in a high-volume restaurant establishment;

Experience in a unionized hotel, an asset

- A diploma from a hospitality school or training in restaurant management, an asset
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Proficiency with computer software
- High schedule flexibility, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
