A global investment company is searching for a Fund Administration Manager to join their team in As Fund Administration Manager, you will: oversee cross-training, resource allocation, and team performance. Serve as the primary escalation point for client queries, maintaining high satisfaction while ensuring the accurate, timely delivery of NAV production, financial statements, and associated reports.
Audit & Operational Control: Accountable for the audit process, financial statement preparation/review, and strict compliance with SOC1 controls and operational checklists.
Financial & Risk Governance: Track client profit margins, manage billing/collections, monitor team utilization and overtime, and oversee incident management.
Process Improvement: Contribute to local and global tech and process optimization initiatives. Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience: 5+ years in fund administration, specifically within Hedge Funds. Adaptable hybrid working model to promote work-life balance. #
