As the General Manager , you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and success of our full-service restaurant operation at YVR.

Drive Business Performance

Manage sales, profitability, labor costs, and controllable expenses. Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency. Execute strategies that support operational growth while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, airport regulations, and health requirements. Manage inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations. Promote wine education and enhance the guest experience through product knowledge and storytelling.

Build excitement around our food, beverage, and wine offerings. 5+ years of restaurant management experience with increasing levels of responsibility. ~ Proven experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations.



~ Demonstrated success in people leadership, coaching, and team development. ~ Strong understanding of financial management, labor planning, and restaurant profitability. ~ Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods. Multi-unit or airport hospitality experience. Wine, beer, or beverage knowledge and a passion for food and hospitality.

Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
