Enhance event experiences as an Audio Visual Technician in a hospitality setting. Ensure seamless setup and operation of audiovisual systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you'll work closely with guests to guarantee their audiovisual needs are met during events. Reporting to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology, you will use your technical skills to troubleshoot equipment issues and foster strong client relationships. Prior customer service and audio-visual experience is preferred for successful candidates.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma; Associate degree preferred
• Technical Level 3 Certification achievable within 180 days
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
