- Conduct chart analysis and indexing of medical documentation

- Provide information regarding HIM services and processes
- Manage inbound and outbound HIM communications including reports
- Support point-of-service scanning duties in clinical settings

Requirements:

- 2-year Office Administration or Health Information Management diploma
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, preferably Epic
- 1-2 years of HIM-related experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
