You will join a team that offers exposure to a wide range of projects, including oil and gas support, water remediation, and renewable energy construction, giving you the opportunity to build diverse experience and skills. The organization emphasizes robust safety initiatives, ensuring that safety remains a core value on every site. Long-term employment opportunities and a structured 21/4 rotation provide stability and predictable time off.

Working extended 12-hour shifts creates the potential to accumulate significant paid hours, and weekly pay through a staffing partner supports consistent and timely compensation. Additional benefits, such as camp accommodations or living-out allowances and fuel card options for eligible personal vehicles, enhance the overall value of the work experience. The primary project work is near Fox Creek in the Athabasca oil sands region, focused on creating site roadways, temporary access roads, and drainage management systems.

The company also delivers earthworks for water retention, remediation, and oil and gas support activities across Northern Alberta. You will work a 21/4 rotation, typically on 12-hour shifts, with start times usually between 6:00 a.m. Daily overtime applies after 10 hours per day.

The environment is field-based and remote, often involving work in wet conditions, particularly following a wet summer season. Camp accommodations or living-out allowances are typically provided depending on the job location, supporting workers who travel from other areas. Candidates who use their own truck equipped with a fuel tank may receive a fuel card and compensation for travel when refueling equipment, as authorized.

You will use client timecard systems to enter daily hours and tasks and must ensure all hours are submitted by the end of day Saturday each week to support accurate weekly pay. The role requires appropriate field attire suitable for construction and industrial sites,
