Job Description What is the chance? You will design, develop and implement automated, data-driven solutions that minimize manual quality assurance and control performance testing activities in Personal and Commercial Banking Operations. You will also architect scalable data infrastructure and automation capabilities that translate procedural control activities into continuous, data-driven validation frameworks. This role focuses on control effectiveness through technology converting labor-intensive manual processes into robust, auditable automated solutions that reduce human error, improve control coverage, and free operational teams to focus on exception management and risk mitigation. What will you do? End-to-end design and development of automated QA and control testing solutions, including requirements gathering with operational and risk partners, technical architecture, data source integration,



and implementation of automated validation logic Translate manual QA procedures, control testing checklists, and compliance verification activities into automated data pipelines and continuous monitoring logic; scope and prioritize high-impact manual processes for automation Design and maintain scalable data infrastructure supporting automated controls; ensure data quality, accuracy, and auditability of automated control results Develop comprehensive technical documentation including solution specifications, data lineage, automated test logic, exception handling frameworks, and control validation rules Conduct testing and validation of new automated solutions and enhancements; establish regression testing protocols to ensure sustained control effectiveness
