The Radiological

Technologist works in a computerized workplace,



producing diagnostic radiographs as assigned and carrying out diagnostic procedures either independently or in collaboration with a radiologist or other physician; applies radiation safety principles and practices to protect patients, staff, and the general public; and completes required documentation and administrative tasks. Education, Training And Experience Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist. Graduation from an approved radiology technology program.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to operate related equipment, such as a computer. This line rotates through all shifts and includes CT in the line. Applicants with CT training will be considered first.
