The hourly pay range for this position is $21.80 - $27.00. Individual pay within this range is determined by several compensable factors, including the year of study, type of academic program, and the number of prior co‑op work terms completed.

Team as aHR Assistant - Talent Acquisition (Co-op)! TheHR Program Coordinator will support the HR Program & Projects team by developing and implementing solutions, and coordinate communication with the Production Operations team. They will also collaborate cross‑functional teams, maintain system documentation for business software, and more.
Assist withfull cycle campusrecruitment - co‑op and summer students. Support with recruitment for production roles. Support with planning of outreach activities and S&C; summer career fair. Provide supportfor TA & HR Projects.
Support with the creation of interview guides and materials. Post‑secondary student enrolled in Human Resources Management, Employment Relations, or a similar field. Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, time‑management, and customer service skills.
Good computer skills: Word,Excel and Power Point. Familiar with HCM and ATS is an added advantage.
