HR Generalist Full Time As one of Canada’s leading Mechanical/Electrical engineering firms, INVIRO is looking for a dedicated team member to join our growing team. Our office, which is WELL Health-Safety Certified, is designed to promote a protected and healthy atmosphere where every team member can thrive. Manage and complete full-cycle recruitment organization wide. Research new/ trending recruitment and sourcing strategies/methods.

Maintain an internal resume database. Research and identify relevant industry networking events to attend. Responsible for administrative duties, including HR filing systems, documentation, other tracking and reporting processes.

Support payroll and benefits administration as needed, ensuring compliance and timeliness. Responsible for policy and procedure development, implementation,



and updates in line with company expectations and legislation. Responsible for conducting and recording performance reviews company wide.

Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs. Conduct HR analysis related to performance, retention and time/ attendance tracking. College or University degree/diploma in Human Resources Management, or a related field.

Previous work experience in Human Resources; prior recruitment experience in the Engineering industry is an asset. Familiarity with Boolean search strings is an asset. Type:Full-time,On Site We are committed to ensuring an inclusive recruitment process.
