In this senior role, you will contribute to Talent strategies while managing day-to-day HR functions for multiple client groups. Your focus will be on developing performance management programs and employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work setting throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Support execution of strategic Talent strategies with CTO and HR Director
- Deliver consulting to internal teams on staff planning and development




- Oversee employee relations issues to manage organizational risk
- Analyze talent data to inform HR initiatives
- Educate on Reasonable Accommodation and Flexible Work policies

Requirements:

- University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management
- 6-8 years of HR experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HRIS tools like SAP, Workday
- Excellent communication skills, approachable, and confidential
- Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
