Synergy Home Solutions is a professional HVAC company dedicated to delivering reliable, high quality heating and cooling services. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician (G2) to join our growing team.

- ODP certification — mandatory
- Clean and valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- HVAC service and troubleshooting experience is an asset
- Robust communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

- Provide professional HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Provide excellent service and customer support during in-home visits
- Diagnose HVAC and gas-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Explain equipment issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners
- Complete work safely, efficiently, and according to applicable codes and standards
- Maintain a clean and professional work area
- Complete service documentation and communicate job details with the office




- Represent Synergy Home Solutions professionally at every customer interaction

Experience

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC Systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, piping layouts and blue prints.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic instruments.
- Familiarity with Gas Code and regulations related to HVAC.
- Company vehicle and fuel card
- Apprenticeship opportunities available after first year of employment (313D)
