This position requires an experienced Educator to provide quality programming consistent with the Conestoga College Early Learning Programs. Working on-site, you will engage Monday to Friday for 24 hours a week, with shifts designed for optimal child supervision. Your role is vital in meeting children's basic needs while adhering to the Child Care and Early Years Act guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and adapt programming based on individual children
• Ensure health and safety requirements for all children
• Supervise all play areas and activities
• Communicate respectfully with parents and relay messages
• Attend staff meetings and partake in professional development
Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Child and Youth Care or equivalent
• Standard First Aid and CPR certification required
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
