We have an exciting opportunity for an Industrial Electrical Technologist to join our Electrical & Instrumentation team in Fredericton, NB. Contribute to the development of electrical and instrumentation designs for a variety of industrial, water and municipal projects

- Prepare detailed electrical engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to Standards, Safety, and QA/QC policies
- Drive Projects Forward: Complete electrical design tasks and calculations crucial to project success
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with engineers and multidisciplinary teams, including utilities, equipment suppliers, contractors and clients
- Explore On-Site: Assist with field investigations, gathering essential data of existing conditions, and completing field observations
- Ensure Excellence: Ensuring electrical design documents are coordinated, thorough and clear with strong attention to detail. A Diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent;

Experience: Over 5 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting is preferred, but we are open to candidates with less experience eager to learn and grow

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, with ability to create and edit electrical designs
- Previous experience in a consulting engineering environment, specifically in industrial projects, is highly desired;

Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET)



or the ability to become registered would be considered a strong asset;

Experience with AGI32 and/or ElumTools lighting simulation software, and SKM Power Tools is a plus.
