The Branch Office
Coordinator/In-force Specialist is an in-office position responsible for general branch administration including office reception, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping the office organized and supplied. This role is also responsible for Inforce activities including policy updates and changes, ensuring the back-office system and carrier websites are updated, obtaining any missing or incomplete information from advisors or clients, and following up as required with advisors and carrier partners. This is an entry level position with lots of room to grow within the organization.
Office Administration
Office reception for guests, carrier representatives and advisors Provide excellent customer service to both clients and advisors via telephone, email and face-to-face interaction organize and file advisor information including policies,
mail and transaction confirmations at high volumes Order and maintain sufficient office supplies Liaison for service requests between building management and branch office Process inforce policy change requests on behalf of advisors or clients (for orphan cases) ensuring Service Level Agreements are met Update and maintain information in WealthServ and insurance carrier websites, including attaching all emails or other supporting documentation into the file Post-secondary degree, diploma, or related work experience Excellent customer service skills Proven experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook Experience in WealthServ an asset Industry courses would be an asset This position will be located in the Winnipeg head office. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
