The Account
Manager is directly responsible to the Director of Sales and General Manager . This is a sales representative position that is responsible for growing client partnerships.
Account Management:
Service/grow a client list in sales and profitability Contact clients regularly to service their floral needs Acquire new customers and maintain a prospect list Adhere to all company guidelines, procedures and policies Serve clients assigned to other Account Managers when they are away. 2+ years directly related experience with Inside Sales / Account Management ~ Excellent prospecting and relationship building skills ~ Sales and customer service experience ~ Wholesale Floral or Retail Florist sales experience preferred. ~ Proficient with MS Office Applications ~ Computer skills with experience in ERP software ~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required ~ Flexible and adaptable with sound work ethics ~ Strong organization & time management skills ~ High energy, fast paced office environment Occasional travel required to visit clients and prospects Due to the nature of the floral industry, longer hours may be required around holidays Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing each application and they will immediately contact qualified candidates for an interview.
