Official Internal Job Title: Integration and Implementation Analyst Temporary (Durée déterminée) En tant qu'analyste intégration et mise en œuvre d'implantation, vous serez appelé, sous différentes formes, à participer à des projets spéciaux dans la direction, réaliser des mandats spécifiques reliés aux opérations de la direction, analyser des situations particulières et recommander des solutions appropriées en lien avec votre domaine d’expertise. Participer aux projets touchant la direction – implantation, en collaboration avec les autres secteurs et en respectant les échéanciers (identification des impacts opérationnels, révision des procédures et processus, identification des besoins de formation, support des agents durant la période de post-implantation). Prendre en charge la mise en place des échanges électroniques de données dans le cadre des projets d’implantation et participer aux rencontres clients.

Participer et réfléchir à l’élaboration de programmes de contrôle de qualité. Effectuer des recommandations dans le but de prioriser les évolutions système afin d’améliorer l’efficience et la performance de nos processus d’implantation. Mettre à jour les outils de cueillette et procédure pour les projets d’implantation Participer à l’établissement des politiques et directives concernant les opérations de la direction.

Baccalauréat en administration ou tout autre domaine connexe. Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires,
