Our Parts

Department is growing, and we're looking for a Inventory Specialist to help us maintain accuracy, efficiency, and excellence across our entire inventory system. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, takes pride in precision, and enjoys being a key player in dealership success. As our Inventory Specialist , you’ll be the backbone of our parts accuracy and organization.

Daily Perpetual Inventory Counts: Ensure our records stay accurate and up-to-date by performing strategic daily inventory checks.

Full Inventory

Audits (3-4x per year): Lead full-scale counts throughout the year to maintain outstanding accuracy and compliance.

Shelf Organization & Cleanliness: Keep shelves clean, clutter-free, and customer-ready-your eye for detail keeps everything running smoothly.

Inventory

Put-Away: Receive, sort, and organize incoming GM shipments daily, ensuring parts are quickly and accurately stocked. Assist as a backup driver during vacations or sick days, keeping our delivery operations on track. You’ll play a critical role in the dealership’s efficiency-your work directly impacts service speed, customer satisfaction, and operational success.
