Shipbuilding is building more than 20 Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ships and River-Class Destroyers as part of the largest and most complex shipbuilding initiative in Canadian history. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping turn business needs into practical technology solutions.

Success requires strong relationship-building skills, curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex situations to identify challenges, evaluate options, and deliver results. You will lead IT projects and enhancements, working closely with stakeholders to understand priorities and delivering solutions that deliver meaningful value. This is an chance to play a hands‑on role in shaping and delivering technology initiatives that support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

This position requires full‑time on‑site presence. All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Lead the delivery of IT projects and enhancements through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected benefits Manage project activities including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies,



and stakeholder engagement Execute projects using established project management methodologies, developing and maintaining project plans, stage gates, deliverables, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering ~5+ years of project management and IT experience with demonstrated career progression ~ Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent designation ~ Strong relationship-building, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills ~ We are committed to creating accessible environments for our colleagues, candidates, and customers.
