Respond promptly to student inquiries and concerns related to exams, providing explicit guidance and support to ensure a positive testing experience. Monitor exam environments to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards, while fostering a calm and respectful atmosphere for exam takers. Maintain relationships with external partners to ensure smooth operation of off-site exam hosting.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of exam content and student information at all times.



Work with the IT department to set up and maintain online exam systems. Support the Strategic Academic Learning Team (SALT) in their duties to support students academically.

Assist in developing strategies and initiatives to enhance student academic performance.

Experience in business administration, or a related field. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint, Minimum of 3 years of experience in assessment coordination or academic administration.
