We are currently seeking an Intermediate Interior Designer to join the Calgary Studio to work on federal and corporate workplace projects.
The Intermediate Interior
Designer is an intermediate-level contributor who plays a key role in design development, documentation, and project coordination. The role includes increased responsibility in producing contract documents and contributing to design direction under the guidance of senior staff. Create and develop detailed drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
Project
Support and Coordination Coordinate with consultants and disciplines to integrate building systems and interior elements. Assist in contract administration tasks including RFIs, shop drawing review, and site visits. Participate in internal and external project meetings.
Track and update product specifications and material boards. Ensure all work aligns with the firm’s Project Delivery standards, including proper use of filing systems, adherence to architectural procedures, and compliance with drawing and documentation protocols. Able to work in a collaborative,
in-office environment (100% in-office presence required to support direct team engagement and effective cross-functional coordination).
Degree or diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution. ~Registered Interior Designer in good standing with a provincial interior design association (e.g., Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. ~ Experience with contract documentation and project coordination.
