Join RBC as a Senior Lead Financial Engineer, bridging investment strategy with software development and enhancing portfolio optimization in an Agile setting. You will maintain the mathematical integrity of critical system features, including portfolio optimization and risk assessment. Additionally, you'll lead Agile Scrum activities, ensuring robust testing and validation of mathematical models before software production. Convert financial models into technical specifications for developers

- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies and reviews
- Design and test algorithms using Python or R 7+ years in quantitative finance or financial engineering
- Proficiency in Python, R, or MATLAB
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes Shape financial technology at RBC by combining analytical rigor and software engineering skills.
