We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager eager to shape effective onboarding and training programs. As a Learning and Development Manager, you will lead the execution of Accor's training programs, enhance onboarding experiences, and collaborate closely with the Director of People & Culture.

Your focus will involve assessing training needs and fostering relationships to support departmental success. Given the unique location, your work will directly contribute to enriching the staff and guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate various training programs for new employees
- Oversee the onboarding experience for hundreds of colleagues




- Collaborate on annual Learning & Development strategies
- Maintain accurate training records and report to leadership
- Support Apprenticeship Programs and performance reviews

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
- Track record in training program facilitation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative and results-oriented with strong relationship skills
