4 days per week – Québec office Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is currently seeking a Legal Assistant to work in our Québec Office. This full-time permanent legal assistant role will provide support to lawyers in our Litigation practice. This position will play a key role in handling administrative items.
We are seeking a highly organized professional individual with excellent client service skills, who thrives in a rapid-paced, high performance culture. Transcribe/modify correspondence, agreements, contracts, proceedings, reports and other dictated or handwritten material Perform administrative duties related to the position, including time charges, expense reports and billing Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant in litigation Excellent knowledge of French and English grammar Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Norton Rose Fulbright is a large international legal practice with multiple offices around the world. Its clientele is also international, so we must be able to provide services in English and in French.
As a result, a good working knowledge of both languages is required,
since you will communicate frequently with managers and/or colleagues in other provinces or countries and/or will serve our clients in both languages.
