This posting is for four Temporary Full-Time Educational Assistant Positions at Leoville Central School, commencing immediately and ending June 30, 2027. Hours of work are 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

Assistants are an important part of the school team and promote engagement, participation and success of students.

Educational

Assistants support students with intensive needs in five key areas: providing personal care, life skills and experiences,



academic assistance, communication, and behavioural support as required by students and directed by teachers.

Minimum

Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset genuinely appreciate working with children and demonstrate patience, show empathy, and help make learning fun; possess strong planning and organizational skills while showing initiative; family health coverage; school breaks and summers off; maternity leave top up benefit; secure pension plan; Living Sky School Division is proudly located on the shared territory of Treaty 6.
