Kîsik Aerial Survey Inc. is hiring a licensed M1 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Delta, BC. Join a small team dedicated to maintaining piston aircraft for aerial services across Western Canada. This role involves reporting to the Director of Maintenance while performing aircraft repair and maintenance in line with Transport Canada regulations.
Engineers mentor apprentices, maintain a clean hangar, and utilize appropriate manuals to ensure safety and efficiency. Flexibility is essential during summer operational peaks and fall/winter maintenance. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on aircraft per company manuals
- Mentor apprentices on safety precautions and best practices
- Organize and maintain a clean and functional work area
- Utilize manuals and resources effectively for every task
Requirements:
- Valid M1 Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer license
- Experience with King Air, PA-31, and single engine Cessnas
- Robust knowledge of CARS and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
