In this role, you'll support and collaborate with a dedicated group of healthcare professionals, ensuring exceptional customer care and adhering to all regulatory requirements. ~ Enhanced Criminal Record Check ~ A valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record Assist with patient assessments and monitor health status Administer injections for flu and travel vaccines Educate patients on health management and treatment plans Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans Care coordination between care providers, facility staff, and pharmacy team Daily witnessed dosing of Opioid Agonist Therapy Nursing assessment for signs of intoxication and/or withdrawal symptoms Provide exceptional customer service and care Working knowledge in related field Experience in addiction & mental health fields is an asset Community health LPN, Home Care LPN,or similar experience is an asset Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in patient care Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in AB Mint Health + Drugs is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and accessible recruitment process.
