Boardwalk seeks a Maintenance Technician to address maintenance requests, perform on-call repairs, and manage renovations and touch-ups across our rental properties. You will handle common area upkeep, preventative maintenance, and coordination with the Customer Care Team.
The role emphasizes hands-on skills, safety, and customer service, with in office responsibilities and occasional training. A reliable vehicle and valid license are required.
