Manage and develops budgets for the Experimental Design and Program office disciplines.

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience. You have management and leadership experience, including executing performance appraisals, managing staffing allocation, process leadership and career development. You have strong knowledge and experience of aerospace experimental mechanical and electrical design for ground testing.

You have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to completion. develops staff members to optimize their potential and their performance. You are eligible for registration in the Canadian Controlled Goods Directive (CGD) Program. You are fully bilingual (French and English).
