The Production

Supervisor is responsible for leading production teams in a fast-paced environment overseeing the conversion of biomass into finished goods, while ensuring quality standards are met at every step. This role leads and mentors Production Technicians and contract labour, drives compliance with safety and quality standards.

The Production

Supervisor is a hands‑on leader who fosters a safe, efficient, and high performing production floor while helping elevate manufacturing practices to deliver exceptional products.

Operational Performance

Monitor and mentor production technicians and contract labor to ensure production lines run efficiently and product is completed on time and within spec to avoid delays and lost revenue potential. Organise and lead production Technicians, contract labor, and floor changeovers across milling, blending and pre‑roll assembly operations. Oversee documentation and KPI tracking for each room's activities, including downtime, hourly run rates, and continuous improvement projects

Complete and verify daily production reports using the ERP system to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Check inventory and consumption reports regularly. Act as subject‑matter expert for your area by conducting Gemba walks, sustaining 5S assessments, and applying Continuous Improvement/LEAN principles to increase cost savings. Work with Planning to align on current capacity and run rates, avoiding schedule delays and downtime. Approve payroll for contract workforce Manage administrative tasks including verifying entries in electronic compliance systems Quality &

• Compliance Train Pre‑Roll Technicians and contract workforce to ensure understanding of company guidelines and SOPs

• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards are followed within your area of supervision. Ensure staff are trained and provided with the tools needed for success Conduct regular 1:1s with Technicians, providing opportunities to share concerns and career goals, and offering feedback and coaching. Lead quarterly performance review to support career growth and development opportunities for the team. Participate in cross‑functional collaboration (Quality, R&D; trials, etc.)



to ensure improvement plans are actioned on the production floor. Perform regular inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality, communicating maintenance issues as required. Train all staff on safety procedures and ensure training is properly documented. Report all near misses and incidents and ensure timely escalation of recent safety concerns to the Production Manager and Safety Team. Our plants and processes require in‑person care and attention to ensure we’re bringing the best our plants and people have to offer to our consumers. This role is on‑site, which requires you to work on facility at all times in a Production Supervisor or directly supporting operations. The scheduled shifts and hours for this role is as follows: Monday-Friday, from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Standard First

Aid and CPR training an asset. Minimum 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, or another fast‑moving consumer goods industry required.

Experience in cannabis is not required Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience overseeing production staff. Previous experience with an ERP database. Familiarity with audit procedures in a manufacturing and/or food processing field is an asset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to follow instructions and directions and solicit feedback to improve performance. Knowledge of Punjabi is an asset. What you do here matters - to our people, our products, and the customers we serve.
