Logistics Coordinator Time Type: Full Time Salary starting at $47,000, plus eligible perks, in accordance with experience and internal equity This posting is for an existing vacancy and not intended to create a talent pipeline The primary function of the Logistic Coordinator Warehouse Operations to prepare outbound orders for the warehouse to pick and ship, update the warehouse system with all goods received and ensure invoicing of monthly recurring storage, in and out charges and any additional accessorial charges. Track and verify truck locations prior to delivery Communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues, and updates, Manage all customer orders in the warehouse system Verify product information including case counts, temperature readings and pallet counts on active loads A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehousing environment or, Dangerous Goods Certification, an asset Good command,



both verbal and written, English skills. Strong interpersonal skills, building professional relationships internally and externally Language and Computer Skills English is the principal language for this position, additional languages may be required in other locations.

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Warehouse Management Software (WMS) Regular working hours apply for this position, at times, working beyond these hours may be required by business needs.
