As the organization continues to expand, it is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead an established pharmacy team, drive operational excellence, and support the ongoing growth of the pharmacy.
As a Pharmacist, you will work as part of a well-supported pharmacy team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while practising to your full scope. You will provide clinical services, build strong relationships with patients, and contribute to the continued growth and success of the pharmacy. The pharmacy offers solid operational support, experienced pharmacy staff, pharmacist overlap,
and a collaborative environment where pharmacists are encouraged to use their clinical skills and make a meaningful impact within the community.
Provide exceptional, patient-centred pharmacy care. Provide medication reviews, counselling, injections, and other clinical pharmacy services within scope of practice. Collaborate with pharmacy team members and other healthcare professionals.
Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and members of the community. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards. Support efficient pharmacy workflow and day-to-day operations.
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Manitoba. Commitment to continuous improvement and team development. #
