We are currently looking for an Operating Room Attendant to join our interdisciplinary team of skilled professionals.

The Operating Room

Attendant assists the Nursing Unit staff with the safe set up of the operating room and maintaining a clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The hours of work are all shifts, including weekends. To qualify for the role,



you must have completed a Health Care Aide Certification Program or Personal Support Worker Program from a recognized College.

Successful completion of a Health Care Aide Certification Program or Personal Support Worker Program from a recognized college Operating Room Attendant Course or willing to obtain within one year of obtaining the position

- Knowledge of medical and surgical terminology
- Knowledge of medical and surgical equipment
- Demonstrated satisfactory attendance levels, performance levels, disciplinary history and positive work references
