The Corporate Development
Associate leads client-facing analysis for the strategic deals side of the team, owning the evaluation, structuring, and execution of partnerships and commercial transactions. The role suits someone who takes on responsibility quickly, operates independently, and is credible in front of partners, customers, and the C-suite.
Corporate
Development is responsible for the transactions that shape Tenstorrent as a company: raising capital, acquiring or partnering with other businesses, and structuring the commercial and licensing agreements that extend the reach of its technology. The team runs Tenstorrent's equity and debt financings and its investor relations, evaluates and executes buy-side and sell-side M&A;, negotiates strategic partnerships and joint development agreements, supports licensing and strategic sales, and develops government and sovereign AI programs. Counterparties include semiconductor and systems companies, data center operators, institutional and strategic investors, and government bodies in North America, Asia,
and Europe.

Ready to hit the ground running, take ownership early, and learn quickly in a company that moves rapid, and willing to travel when a deal requires it. Analytically capable and comfortable working with data, research, and financial information. You use it, build with it, and follow the semiconductor, data center, and AI markets.
Build and maintain financial models and valuation analyses that support fundraising, M&A;, licensing, and commercial decisions, including discounted cash flow, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses. Analyze financial statements, filings, projections, and market data on targets, partners, investors, and competitors. Prepare research, briefing notes, and presentation materials for the team, senior leadership, and the board, covering industry trends, strategic alternatives, competitive positioning, and counterparty profiles.
Coordinate deal processes end to end,
from scheduling and trackers to follow-ups and document management. Support due diligence and data room organization across active transactions, including financing rounds, M&A;, and strategic partnerships. Maintain pipe‑line and CRM hygiene across partnerships, business development, investors, and strategic sales.
Draft and manage internal and external communications that keep deal workflows on schedule. Work with Tenstorrent's engineering, product, sales, legal, and finance teams to bring the right expertise into each transaction.

The AI hardware, semiconductor, and data center ecosystem and the players that shape it. What a disciplined deal process looks like when run alongside senior leadership, and how decisions are made at the top of a company, through direct exposure to the CEO, CSO, and executive team.
