This internship offers university students a unique prospect to engage with a leading aerospace innovator. You will directly contribute to operational improvements while developing skills in lean manufacturing, project management, and technical design. This role is based at the Halifax facility, running from January 5 to April 23, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with continuous improvement team on technology solutions
• Lead actions in quality improvement events
• Prepare capital equipment technology acquisitions
• Communicate component designs with outside vendors
• Evaluate and implement technology strategies with technical team
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Canadian university for duration of internship
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of CAD packages considered an asset
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
