As a Project Manager at EBC, you will lead construction sites with true leadership and ethical responsibility. This role requires 5 to 7 years of experience in construction project management, robust negotiation and communication capabilities, and expertise with Infrastructure Ontario projects, especially using Kahua software. • Manage technical and administrative contract documents for projects • Lead on-site teams with integrity and collaboration • Develop and oversee monthly billings and contract changes • Prepare and resolve contract claims as necessary • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain client rapport
