Production Technician , you will support the complete hardware

build-to-ship lifecycle , assembling, testing, inspecting, documenting, and preparing IoT devices such as smart return bins, checkout devices, and scanning stations. Responsibilities

Assemble, configure, test, inspect, and prepare IoT hardware for shipment. Follow detailed assembly instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing. Troubleshoot hardware, assembly, and product‑quality issues. Document test results, defects, repairs, and production activities. Maintain accurate procurement, inventory, assembly, and quality records. Keep the hardware lab organized, safe,



and production-ready. Identify and communicate supply‑chain, inventory, quality, or production concerns. Independently resolve routine and non‑standard problems while escalating issues when appropriate. Qualifications

Hands‑on experience in hardware production, manufacturing, electronics assembly, or a related technical environment. Experience supporting products through assembly, testing, quality verification, and shipment. Strong troubleshooting skills and a quality‑focused mindset. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and record‑keeping abilities. Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving production environment. Ability to work onsite in Vancouver, BC.
