Seeking a Tort Clerk or Paralegal with 2+ years of personal injury experience, with strong knowledge of tort litigation, SABS, and Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure.

Responsibilities Manage undertakings, production requests, and summaries of productions Draft legal documents, including AODs, NOEs, and Statements of Claim Maintain organized and accurate litigation files Correspond with clients and third parties Schedule Examinations for Discovery, mediations, and other proceedings Track critical deadlines, limitation periods, and litigation timelines Support lawyers throughout the personal injury litigation process Qualifications ~2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk or Paralegal in personal injury law ~ Strong understanding of tort litigation and Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure ~ Working knowledge of Statutory Accident Advantages Schedule (SABS) ~ Strong legal drafting and documentation skills ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ~ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines ~ Self-motivated, professional, and client-service oriented
